Description
Lutetium Aluminum Garnet activated by Cerium is a relatively dense, mechanically and chemically stable scintillation material used for photodiode and avalance diode readouts. Due to its higher density, LuAg:Ce results in screens that are thinner and that have higher spatial resolution than those made with YAG:Ce.
